High School Choir Sing On Airport Shuttle While Stranded in Paris
Sometimes amazing things happen in the most unexpected places. Whilst getting a shuttle bus in Paris, this high school choir treated passengers onboard to a very special journey.
The choir is made up of 100 kids, all students from Apex, Garner and Middle Creek schools in North Carolina, USA. After a successful tour in Germany, Austria and Italy, the choir and their 20 chaperones found themselves stranded, unable to returned to the US due to an airline strike in Germany.

After being split in to groups of 32, the group in the video above were re-routed to Paris where they sang this wonderful version of a song called “Ukuthula”. The shuttle bus driver made a deal with the students, if they sang a song her would drop them off right outside their hotel room.

Another fantastic student choir performed a farewell song for a retiring pilot! In a live impromptu performance, they gave him a brilliant send off.
Captain Smith took control in the cockpit for the final time as he flew from Chicago to Brussels, marking the end of his 32-year career. This last flight would always have been memorable, but a group of young travellers made it an experience he will never forget.
