Girl Sings Karaoke In A Mall And Blows Everyone Away
Walking around a shopping mall is an everyday activity. Even when you have a particular item to buy, it can be crowded and pretty boring. That's why when you're surprised by an amazingly talented performance, it's such a rare treat. That's what happened when Filipino man Yuan Juan wandered through a mall in Manila.
One of the stores was in the process of setting up a karaoke machine, and a girl was waiting to have a try. Yuan Juan decided to stay to watch her performance to pass the time, but he was blown away once she began to sing. She sang "I Will Always Love You" from the movie "The Bodyguard." There are very few singers in existence who can measure up to the legendary diva Whitney Houston who made this song so famous, but amazingly this girl did.
Yuan Juan was so impressed he stuck around to listen to her sing two more numbers. The singer appears to be a big fan of divas as she followed up with another Houston hit, "Saving All My Love For You" and "I Am Telling You I'm Not Going" from Dreamgirls. The power and beauty of the girl's voice are unbelievable, so it's no surprise he decided to make a video and upload it to YouTube. It went viral in no time and had soon received more than 8 million views.
Everyone who watched her performance wanted to know who this incredibly talented young lady was. Luckily, she saw the video and came forward. She is Zendee Rose Tenerefe, and she was 21 years old at the time.
She had entered singing competitions in different locations in the Philippines, and even moved to the capital Manila in the hopes of competing in the X Factor there. Sadly for her, she failed to make the cut to get onto the show.
Another awesome shopping mall performance from a Carl Malone Montecido.

Luckily for Zendee and the world, fate took a hand. After this video went viral, Warner Music Philippines offered her a recording contract. Since then, she has performed on the Ellen de Generes show, released an album and has a YouTube channel with over half a million subscribers. It's wonderful that in the world today, singing karaoke at the mall can change a person's life.
