Ultimately, I felt that the cover was absolutely perfect for the grandeur of this Elton John song. Not only does the song itself inspire a sense of grandeur, but Elton was never a performer to shy away from a spectacle. This collaboration pays perfect tribute to an iconic song, as well as Elton’s iconic, ambitious performance style.
