Led Zeppelin might be out of the rock game, but fans said these kids are keeping their music alive! Back in 1973, Led Zep released their banger “The Ocean,” four decades before 12-year-old singer Guilia and her band were even born. But these kids were born with a groove for the classics and went viral with their swingin’ live cover. Singer Guilia wails like Robert Plant, and fans said she did the Led Zep legend proud here!
The harmonies that Guilia and her backup singer brought to the table also added a tasty flavour to the tune. The Music Man also has to give it up to the School of Rock Jr. House Band for the style that they brought to this April 26, 2026, performance. Led Zeppelin is not the easiest band to cover, given the mastery of their unique feel that it takes to pull it off. The band certainly delivered the goods here to make the performance pop!
Giulia and the School of Rock Jr. House Band performed “The Ocean” at the SanTan Brewery in Chandler, Arizona. Rockers loved to see the band celebrate the classic tune and added comments such as “I’m impressed that these youngsters are playing Zeppelin. They just made me feel better about the future. Rock on!” and “Thank you kids for keeping the best music alive!”
Giulia sure knows her way around the greatest bangers of the ‘70s. She also hit the spot with her take on Black Sabbath’s 1970 staple “Paranoid,” this time with the School of Rock Scottsdale performance band. Ozzy Osbourne is such an unusual vocalist that it really takes a brave singer to try and sing his parts. Giulia was just the young lady for the job, and she really hit the mark while delivering an energetic stage show.
Giulia is a 12-year-old rock vocalist and bassist who is based in Scottsdale, Arizona. She shares her performances via her YouTube channel Giulia Rocks. She began uploading her performances to YouTube in September 2025. Giulia has been quite busy with her music, as she uploads weekly performances to her YouTube channel. The young singer’s take on Led Zep’s “The Ocean” was her first clip to really hit the algorithm on the platform, drawing 62,000 views. Giulia’s bread and butter lies with classic rock, as she has shared covers from artists such as Van Halen, Ozzy Osbourne, Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers, Jimi Hendrix, and The Animals.
