CitiLimitz went viral for bringing classic ‘90s R&B back to America’s Got Talent in 2025, and fans were living for it! The brothers from Chattanooga, Tennessee, are total charmers and had the judges eating out of the palm of their hands from the opening interview, but things really took off when they kicked into their cover of K-Ci & JoJo’s ‘97 hit “All My Life.” 21-year-old Dre began the June 4, 2025, audition with a smooth vocal melody that had the crowd cheering from the first note.
20-year-old twin brothers Marion and A.T. then traded smooth lines as the crowd clapped and sang along. Marion already secured Mel B’s vote by dedicating the song to her with a cheeky grin, but all the trio needed to do to get the other judges on board was just start singing. When all three harmonized together in the chorus, it was a beautiful moment, with the entire crowd standing up, vibing and singing the hit back to them. The Music Man was really impressed by CitiLimitz, and this trio could def go all the way!
CitiLimitz’s audition did some major digits on the ‘Tube, racking up 1.4 million views in five days. Viewers were enamored with the talented trio, and added comments such as “Why no golden buzzer? Best vocal harmonies EVER showcased on AGT, hands down!” and “Ya’ll don’t understand how great their voices sound. The harmony, the pitch differences, all blended so perfectly. In an industry full of computer talent these days, these boys have raw vocal talent.”
Their America’s Got Talent audition is not the first time CitiLimitz went viral. The group appeared in 2019 on The Ellen Show while they were still in high school, with the segment gaining 1.9 million views. CitiLimitz secured their spot on the show with the brilliant idea of recording a short song about Ellen, and then wowed the audience with a gospel rendition of Ed Sheeran’s ballad “Perfect.”
CitiLimitz presented the whole package on America’s Got Talent, with a great story, natural charisma as performers, and of course, harmonies for days. It probably won’t surprise The Music Man readers that the group went down a treat with the judges, with all four judges giving yes votes. CitiLimitz got plenty of praise during the judges’ comments. Both Sofía Vergara and Simon Cowell noted that the family origin of the group added another layer to their performance, with Cowell saying, “For me, there’s nothing better than working with a band that works. Because obviously, you’re brothers and you have a natural chemistry, and I really, really like you.”
