Sean Lew and Kaycee Rice, who were aged 16 and 15 respectively, tore off the blindfolds after a minute and then things got really hectic. Despite their young age, Sean wrapped up the performance with a daring aerial hold of Kaycee, and you know it took a lot of practice to nail that move! Sean and Kaycee are both superb dancers, and their footwork alone is next level. Sean and Kaycee had quite the run on World of Dance, with the duo advancing to the quarterfinals after the judge cuts, where they performed a contemporary dance routine to “False Confidence.” The duo then performed to James Arthur’s “Can I Be Him” and Blake McGrath’s “Let You Love Me” in the semifinals and finals respectively, getting standing ovations from the judges at each step along the way. The teen dance duo were not able to clinch the competition overall, but many fans considered the result to be an upset due to Sean and Kaycee’s consistently high level of performances throughout.
